What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with external partners to implement SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud across our organization.
  • Design and optimize our global SAP template in partnership with business departments and consultants.
  • Manage both external and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are successfully met.
  • Provide expert guidance on process integration, system functionalities, and architectural coherence, including interfaces, authorizations, reporting, workflows, and more.
  • Oversee the transition to the new system and take on responsibility for the S/4 system post-implementation, driving continuous improvements across our processes, support, and applications landscape.


What you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, with several years of proven experience in the SAP domain.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, with a keen interest in further developing them within the context of e-mobility.
  • Experience managing complex projects and steering organizational change.
  • Strong grasp of ERP system architecture and the ability to articulate complex technical and strategic issues.
  • An independent go-getter who thrives on responsibility and is adept at advancing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
