Freiberuflicher Projekt Ingenieur mit Hintergrund in Prozess- und Verpackungstechnologie für eine renommierte Lebensmittelorganisation in Hamburg gesucht. Grund für diese Projektposition sind einige Investitionen in und um die Produktionsanlage, für die externe Unterstützung benötigt wird.


Hauptaufgaben:

  • Implementierung & Anpassung v. Verpackungs- und Produktionslinien: Planung und Umsetzung neuer Produktionslinien sowie Verlagerung von Produktionsstandorten.
  • Projektmanagement & Unterstützung v. mehreren Facility-Erweiterungen: Leitung und Koordination von Projekten in einer Produktionsumgebung (Tanks etc.).
  • Prozessverbesserungen & Optimierungsprojekte innerhalb d. Produktionshallen: Identifizierung und Implementierung von Verbesserungen in bestehenden Produktionsprozessen.
  • GMP und HACCP: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien und Durchführung von Gefahrenanalysen nach HACCP.
  • Projekttechnik: Technische Führung und Betreuung bei der Projektdurchführung.
  • Erweiterung der Produktion.


Anforderungen:

  • Intensive Erfahrung als Projektingenieur oder Technischer Projektmanager und Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittel- u./o. Pharmaindustrie.
  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung in (Lebensmittel-) Produktionsumgebungen.
  • Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung neuer Verpackungs- & Produktionslinien.
  • Hintergrund in Industriellen Wissenschaften und technischem Wissen in den Bereichen Lebensmittel, Automobil u./o. Chemie.
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Bereich Projektmanagement und Prozessverbesserung.
  • Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Standards und technischen Normen.
