Was werden Sie machen: Bewertung der Bohrungsintegrität von Erdgas-, Erdöl- und Injektionsbohrungen unter Berücksichtigung unseres Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS) sowie nationaler und internationaler Regelwerke. Erstellung von technischen Arbeitsprogrammen für Förderinstallationen (Komplettierungen), Workover- und Verfüllungsarbeiten unter Beachtung geltender interner Vorgaben unseres Operations Integrity Management Systems (OIMS) sowie externer Richtlinien und Standards. Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen, Einholung entsprechender Genehmigungen sowie Kosten- bzw. Budgetkontrolle während der Ausführungsphase. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Funktionen des Bereiches Well Management und des jeweiligen Förderbetriebs sowie anderen technischen Funktionen in unserer Hauptverwaltung. Auswahl und Bewertung geeigneter Servicedienstleistungen, die für die operative Umsetzung der Arbeiten benötigt werden. Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsfunktion (Procurement) im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen und der Vergabe bzw. Beauftragung von Servicedienstleistungen und Materialbeschaffungen. Konstruktiver Dialog und Abstimmung der Maßnahmen mit Behörden und Konzessionspartnern. Aktives Projektmanagement bzw. Tätigkeit als Projektleiter, um eine effektive Ausführung der o.g. Aufgaben über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg innerhalb des Zeit- und Budgetrahmens sicherzustellen. Berufserfahrung in der Erdöl- und Erdgasindustrie. Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Auswahl geeigneter Werkstoffe in Verbindung mit den entsprechenden Industriestandards. Idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von WIMS und OIMS. Selbstständige, zielorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Hohe Motivation, ausgeprägtes Engagement, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse. Sehr gute Deutsch- (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2). Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B.
