Our Client, a leading player in the field of eMobility and battery testing for electric vehicles, is seeking a talented System/Battery Testing Engineer to join their dynamic team in Nuremberg. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive system and battery testing for electric vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Designing, implementing, and executing test plans and procedures to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and batteries.
  • Analyzing test results, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and quality assurance to drive product development and innovation.
  • Contributing to the development of testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system and/or battery testing within the automotive or eMobility industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with experience working with high voltage systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in German language is required for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles and battery testing.
  • Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as LabVIEW, CANoe, or similar.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
