Als Operational Technologies & Data Services unterstützen wir unsere Kunden bei der Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Informationen im GxP Umfeld an Produktionsanlagen und diagnostischen Systemen. Von Infrastruktur-Services auf Shopfloor-Ebene, bis zur Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Software-Plattformen für unsere R&D- & Operations-Kunden, erbringen wir individuelle Leistungen im 24/7 Betrieb.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen der Automations- und Instandhaltungs-Abteilungen bieten wir systemische Lösungen für einen effizienten und zukunftsorientierten Produktionsmanagement Prozess. Als Lieferant von Daten der Prozess-Ebene arbeiten wir eng zusammen mit Dienstleistern und Kunden, sowie Systemen auf höherer Ebene, zur Weiterverarbeitung der bereitgestellten Informationen. Datenmanagement als Service für unsere Kunden, inklusive Generation, Transfer, Speicherung, Zugriffsrechte, Sicherheit, Bereitstellung und Verarbeitung, ist unsere Mission.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Administration und Inbetriebnahme von OT-Systemen (z.B. auch Peripherie wie Displays, Drucker, Scanner, Mobile Devices, etc.) in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld an komplexen Anlagen.
  • Gewissenhafte Aktualisierung und Pflege der Systemdokumentation unter Beachtung von GxP-Richtlinien.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von komplexen technischen Lösungen zur Optimierung und Erhöhung der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Systeme.
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus von technischen Systemen, inklusive Konzeptionierung, Qualifizierung, Rollout und (vor-Ort) Support.
  • Teilnahme am rollierenden System der 24/7 Rufbereitschaft zur Unterstützung der OT-Infrastruktur und Systeme. (2 Wochen Rufbereitschaft, dann ca. 2-3 Monate keine Rufbereitschaft, gemeinsam finden wir in Sonderfällen auch immer eine:n Tauschpartner:in)
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast mindestens eine Ausbildung oder Bachelor im IT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von OT-Systemen sammeln
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien, die du in der Administration von Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen einsetzt und bist versiert in Automatisierungstools wie Ansible, VMware, PowerShell usw. sowie im Bereich Active Directory (Group Policies etc.)
  • Du bist analytisch, kunden- und serviceorientiert sowie pro-aktiv, flexibel und bereit, im Rahmen der gelegentlichen Rufbereitschaft auch außerhalb der gewohnten Arbeitszeiten tätig zu sein.
  • Du sprichst idealerweise sicher Englisch aber verfügst generell über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten. Als Teamplayer bist du in der Lage, effektiv mit verschiedenen Kolleg:innen, Dienstleistern und Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten und komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln.
