Was erwartet dich?
  • Als Founders Associate unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsführung bei der Definition, Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Unternehmenszielen und -initiativen
  • Hierbei wirkst du bei den täglichen Aufgaben sowie dem Aufbau, der Entwicklung und der Durchführung von strategischen und unternehmerischen Projekten mit, welche Pflegia auf ein neues Level heben werden
  • Dazu stellst du sicher, dass die Geschäftsprozesse reibungslos ablaufen und eine exzellente Zusammenarbeit zwischen unseren Abteilungen stattfindet
  • Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in strategischen Entscheidungsfindungen führst du zudem regelmäßig Recherche und Analysen zu Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen durch und betrachtest diese kritisch in Bezug auf Pflegias weitere Entwicklung
  • Du siehst Problemfelder und Herausforderungen, die bei der Entstehung von Prozessen entstehen, als Chancen und verwandelst sie in skalierbare Lösungen
