Strategic Account Manager - Germany, Remote

up to 95k plus 25% commission


Your Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with the European Government Solutions team to achieve their long-term strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key client accounts and relationships across Europe
  • Acting as the Lead Relationship Manager and key point of contact for your accounts and countries
  • Developing and executing penetration strategies to grow business relationships
  • Supporting and developing proposals for government prospects, including leading proposals for ESA R&D ITTs
  • Building internal relationships and liaising with the Product Team to ensure continuous improvement in delivery


Requirements

Essential:

  • Passion for customer success and building long-lasting partnerships
  • Strong account management background
  • Geospatial and/or emergency management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to grow a sales portfolio and close governmental sales
  • Experience in managing and winning ESA (R&D) ITTs
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work style
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during emergency situations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Preferred:

  • Strong governmental network in the UK, Germany, or other European countries
  • Experience with Crisis Response organizations
  • Background in selling SAR and/or Value Added Services related products
  • Experience tracking and winning proposals for EC grants and R&D ITTs
  • Multilingual (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
