Tax Manager (m/w/d)

IHR AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Sie erstellen Steuervoranmeldungen, unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Gutachten in Abstimmung mit externen Steuerberatern
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Steuerplanung sowie die Identifizierung, Überwachung und Berichterstattung steuerlicher Sachverhalte und Risiken
  • Sie prüfen die Bilanzierung steuerlicher Sachverhalte in Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
  • Sie stellen die Erfüllung steuerlicher Erklärungs- und Dokumentationspflichten sicher
  • Sie wirken mit bei der Entwicklung, Implementierung und laufenden Überprüfung von Richtlinien, Strategien, Prozessen und Schulungen zu steuerlichen Themen, insbesondere Tax Compliance
  • Sie betreuen steuerliche Außenprüfungen sowie die Auswertung und Umsetzung der Ergebnisse
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für alle steuerlichen Themen, u.a. für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Betriebsprüfer (m/w/d)

IHR QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit steuerlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r
  • Eine Zusatzqualifikation als geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachwirt:in
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Steuern und Tax Compliance
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuer-, Abzugs- und Ertragsteuerrecht
  • Sie haben Grundkenntnisse im internationalen Steuerrecht sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB- und Steuerrecht
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Software-Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP
  • Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Englisch
