Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director / Manager to lead our sales efforts in multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and energy storage, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities

1. **Market Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market share in Europe.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target countries.

- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and partners.


2. **Client Management**:

- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Provide regular updates to clients on product developments and market trends.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.


3. **Sales Performance**:

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the region.

- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.


4. **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Organize training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.


5. **Market Intelligence**:

- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.

#### Qualifications

1. **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced degree or professional certification in a relevant area is a plus.


2. **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on HVAC and energy storage solutions.

- Proven success in managing and growing a sales team in a competitive environment.

- Experience in multiple European markets, with a strong understanding of local business practices and cultures.


3. **Language Skills**:

- Fluency in English is required.

- Additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese) are highly desirable.
