Regional Business Coach (m/w/d)


In Ihrer Rolle als Regional Business Coach haben Sie die Aufgabe, die DSP-Geschäftsinhaber in einem bestimmten geografischen Bereich dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Fähigkeiten zu verbessern, ihre Geschäftstätigkeit zu optimieren und ihre Leistung zu steigern


Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit 3PL, um das Geschäft in Europa zu koordinieren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit OTR (On-The-Road)-Sicherheits- und OTR-Regionalmanagern, um die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften zu gewährleisten
  • Globale Kommunikation mit Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Verantwortlich für alle Elemente der Partnerbeziehungen, von der Ausarbeitung der Verträge bis zur Überwachung der Leistung
  • Unterstützung und Schulung der Geschäftsinhaber beim Einstieg in das Programm
  • Beratung und Coaching von Geschäftsinhabern (SLS Metric Deep Dive)
  • Coaching und Gewährleistung einer effektive Weiterbildung und Nutzung von Tools
  • Verantwortlich für die Beziehung zwischen unserem Kunden und den DSP-Partnern
  • Lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei agiler Einstellung
  • Analyse von Reports und Auswertungen zur Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Beziehungen zwischen unserem Kunden und den Dienstleistern
  • Verbesserung der Fahrerstandards


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium ODER Ausbildung ODER mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Operations, Last Mile, Kunden- und Beziehungsmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit Drittanbietern auf regionaler/nationaler Ebene ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams von Vorteil
  • Englisch und Deutsch (C1 Niveau) in Wort und Schrift (MUST-HAVE)
  • Gute Kenntnisse des MS Office-Paketes, insbesondere Excel (u.a. Pivot, Vlookup)
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt bei Berichterstattung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, die Extrameile zu gehen
