Our mission at Lilio is to bring meaningful insights to parents about their child’s wellbeing. Our innovative sensor bracelet for babies and the accompanying app gives parents the insights and confidence that their baby is doing well all day and night. We are a dynamic and innovative startup at the forefront of shaping the future of the baby wearable market. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and engaged individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Associate. This role is essential in managing our online community and ensuring exceptional customer interaction across all platforms.


Your Mission:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and responsive communication channel.
  • Manage and engage with our community on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our audience and adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Implement social media campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media and online forums to address customer concerns and gather feedback for product improvements promptly.
  • Track and report on social media engagement metrics and customer feedback to enhance our strategies continually.
  • Champion customer success by resolving issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy, aiming to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty.


What you will bring:

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Possesses a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers, bringing joy and positive energy to every interaction, which helps foster a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.
  • Experience in customer service, social media management, or a related role. It is advantageous if you have familiarity with customer service systems in addition to social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to respond effectively to customer needs.
  • A creative mindset with experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
