Our expectations of our **Social Media Intern** is that you are self-motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a multi-skilled team, while also being able to self-manage to ensure you achieve your daily and weekly tasks.

**The Bread & Butter of being our Social Media Intern in our Munich Office**
- Strong understanding of and interest in social media, digital trends and influencers/creators
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and/or influencer marketing campaigns
- Enjoy writing copy and have excellent writing skills
- Strong communication skills in German & English, both written and spoken
- Ability to learn quickly and implement lessons from senior colleagues
- Deliver high quality work within a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
- Positive attitude, results oriented and solution focused

**As a Social Media Intern at Two Palms Media, you will learn and be responsible for**:

- Managing content calendars (content screening, content planning & caption writing)
- Coordinating with the production team to create relevant content for our clients
- Daily monitoring of social media channels
- Interacting with our client’s audiences (community management and customer inquiries)
- Researching appropriate brand advocates/influencers for our clients
- Supporting the Social Media Team
