Wir sind der Lieferant für Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen im Bereich Beschaffung und Einkauf. Dabei fokussieren wir uns auf den Einsatz von Softwarelösungen im Umfeld der SAP, Ivalua und BeNeering.

Lead Consulting bedeutet bei uns, dass du unsere Business Unit(s) verantwortlich mit auf- und ausbaust und damit eine zentrale Säule für unser Management, die Kollegen und Kunden darstellst.

  • Qualitativ hochwertige Beratungsarbeit in unseren SAP Implementierungs- oder Migrationsprojekten im Bereich SAP Einkauf.
  • Leitung komplexer Projekte, inhaltliche und methodische Steuerung der Projektteams - von der Konzeption über die Testphase bis zum Go-Live
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung bei unseren Kunden als Trusted Advisor
  • Einnahme einer zentralen Position bei der Generierung und Absicherung von neuem Business
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team für die Neugenerierung von Projekten und den Ausbau der parasus - Marke
  • Implementierung innovativer End-to-End Prozesse in SAP S/4 Hana Sourcing und Procurment sowie die Implementierung von Enhancements, BAdIs, Reports, Workflow – alles, was benötigt wird, um die Anforderung des Kunden standardnah (und modifikationsfrei) umzusetzen
  • Technische Beratung und Schnittstellenfunktion für unsere funktionalen Berater und internen Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei Angeboten und Ausschreibungen für Projekte
  • fachlicher Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen in Belangen von Sourcing und Procurement sowie technischen Rückfragen
  • Qualitätssicherung, Mentoring, Wissenstransfer


Das solltest Du an Kenntnissen mitbringen...

  • Expertenwissen im Bereich SAP S/4 Hana Sourcing und Procurement
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung mit SAP ERP-Systemen sowie S/4HANA OnPrem oder Cloud, ggf. auch SAP ARIBA
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für aktuelle SAP-Technologien (SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform etc.) sowie den technologischen Neuerungen in S/4HANA und der SAP S/4HANA-Strategie
  • Anwendungsberatung und Entwicklungs-Know How
  • Wissen und Praxis im Customizing, Programmieren und in der Umsetzung von SAP Projekten, vorrangig in der Materialwirtschaft sowie in der Integration von P2P Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, Anleitung von Kollegen und Aufbau neuer Units
  • Know How in der Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise nach Projektmanagement -Standards sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationssicherheit für den Dialog auf allen Managementebenen
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (C2)
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Dein Wissen an Dein Projektteam weiterzugeben oder mit der Öffentlichkeit zu teilen
  • Offenheit und den Antrieb, dich selbst und andere zu verbessern (Feedbackkultur)
