About the team:
The IT & Cloud Procurement Teams as part of the Global Procurement Organization that defines and execute in close collaboration with business owners, corporate legal, finance and controlling the global sourcing strategies and supplier management. Within your daily tasks you will work closely with the category managers/buyers around the world of the three teams IT Hardware & Security, Cloud Infrastructure and Software & Telecoms. You can expect very diverse and highly motivated team with focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Procurement iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Project Management)
Work Area: Finance
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: 10 01, 2024
In this role, you’ll:
- Create and support Reporting & Analytics
- Check and improve Data Quality
- Support Project Management
- Maintain Global Strategic / Preferred Supplier List
- Support Supplier Management (QBRs, etc.)
- Support Implementation of new Tools
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Controlling or Natural Sciences
- Ability & willingness to learn and work in an international environment
- Analytical skills and high quality awareness
- Soft skills: Highly motivated, High Service Attitude, result driven, proactive, team member, good communication skills and the ability to work independently and flexible
- Self-driven & goal related mindset
