As our Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of one of our core digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that users love — while aligning business needs with technical realities.If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, your voice is heard, and your work directly shapes the product — we’d love to meet you🎯 What You’ll Do?Define and own the holistic product strategy for our core digital sport platformBalance the strategic initiatives of our core product roadmap with the delivery of custom-tailored solutions for strategic clientsDefine the product vision, strategy, and KPIs in close collaboration with leadershipPrioritize and maintain the product roadmap based on value, effort, and impactCollaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality featuresCollect and interpret user feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform decisionsLead sprint planning, product reviews, and ongoing backlog refinementEnsure clear and regular communication across teams in both German and EnglishAdvocate for the user and help shape a seamless, intuitive product experienceDrive continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within your product team💡 What You Bring?Completed Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in product management within a digital or tech environmentStrong understanding of agile product development processes and toolsProven ability to align stakeholders and prioritize initiatives effectivelyData-driven mindset with a focus on solving real user problemsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluency in English, written and spoken, German is a plusExperience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business)🌟 Bonus Points:Experience with building products from conception to launchInterest in or knowledge of sports tech🚀 Why Join Us?
