CRM Developer

Our client has made a strategic decision to bring all software and product development in-house and rely entirely on agile methods. Consequently, a change in the technology area is necessary, requiring further development of the systems. An integral part of this initiative is the CRM system, which serves as the foundation for executing essential business processes and has undergone continuous improvement over the past eight years.
As the backend of the IT landscape, it interfaces with the PHP-based frontend (the portal) through various interfaces. Since the system will continue evolving, the company seeks a CRM Developer (m/f/d) to join their team.
The role:
- The main responsibilities include customizing workflows, creating automations, and implementing programmatic changes using C#
- Tasks include understanding and recognizing the architecture and connections of the CRM system, performing configuration and programming tasks in MS
- Dynamics CRM, identifying potential improvements, and positively impacting business processes through implementation.
- Additionally, writing clean and correct C# code to enhance the CRM system and contributing to agile teams to advance agility within the company.
Ideal candidates have:
- At least two years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong IT and programming skills, preferably in C#
- Enjoy working in a team using agile methods.
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic and passionate
