About the Role

You will manage the generation of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the Talogy within your specified region, Benelux-Dach. Reporting into the Senior Demand Generation Manager – Team Lead Europe, you’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads using both digital marketing and more traditional (physical) marketing and inbound strategies.

You will develop a deep understanding of the market needs through external research and by gaining insights from your line-of-business managers, sales, and consulting team members who speak with clients and prospects directly.

You’ll be a member of the Global Marketing Team, though will have ownership of the Benelux-Dach region along with the Senior Demand Generation Manager.


You’ll work closely with your regional leadership team to:

  • Design and deliver strategy and content for on-and offline lead-generation, client penetration and retention initiatives
  • Create compelling content and work with HubSpot to generate leads and nurture
  • Track and report back to stakeholders on campaign success
  • Utilise MarTech to make the biggest impact

You will need to continuously monitor lead flows from website downloads and campaigns, review web analytics, search analytics and trend reports and any other data that allows you to learn from market behaviour, or the success of prior campaigns to continuously improve your strategies to get the best results.


  • Results driven – You love showcasing how marketing activities positively impact the business. You will be ultimately accountable for generating MQLs to send to the sales team for further lead qualification with the goal of customer acquisition.


  • Experienced - Leveraging your experience with digital marketing, you will have demonstrable experience in developing lead-generating web content and using persona marketing and platforms such as Hubspot/Pardot/Eloqua/Odoo to nurture leads through automated email flows, (SEM & SEA). This will be complemented by your physical experience in running and managing events, selecting and managing Talogy involvement in conferences and tradeshows, and building activity with local media and influencers.


  • Engaged - You enjoy taking on challenges and you like ‘rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done’. You are a self-starter and manage your work and deadlines independently and effectively.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:


  • Strong writting skills: you can write compelling articles and ads in both German and English.



Experience:

You have 5+ years of experience as Demand Generation Manager or Marketing project Manager


  • Created Integrated Marketing – You’ve developed broad integrated marketing programs leveraging digital marketing, event & tradeshow management, ABM, third-party advertising, sponsorships and affiliations.


  • Digital marketing – You are experienced creating digital lead creation and nurture campaigns (via HubSpot, MailChimp, Pardot, Eloqua etc), and have executed SEA/PPC campaigns either single-handedly or strategically with support from a digital agency.


  • Event & tradeshow management – From concept to completion (and everything in-between), you have a proven track record in running company-owned events and webinars and identifying and leveraging the best opportunities for event sponsorship in the market.


  • Content creation and dissemination – You’ve experience in spotting ‘content gaps’ in the market to ensure the company develops relevant and demanded content that positions Talogy as thought leaders and helps generate and nurture leads.


  • Collaboration with key teams – You have worked closely with senior leaders, sales, account management and subject matter experts to develop demand and lead generating campaigns, both off and online.


  • Supporting sales teams to succeed - You’ve helped set up and drive lead progression models and activities, working with the Sales team to take NQLs through to MQL, SAL and finally SQL that lead to new client and project wins for the business.


  • Used data to access effectiveness – You’ve collected, monitored and analysed marketing metrics to understand campaign success, report back on ROI and attribution, and make iterations to live nurture campaigns.


  • Success reporting – You’ve generated monthly reports on the success of your marketing activities for critical stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, marketing leads and business leads).


  • Marketing org – You have worked within a larger marketing organisation and have collaborated with product marketing, content marketing and other marketing specialists to create great results.


  • Market insight – You have worked within companies or with solutions in the B2B world, ideally within Talent Management/HR.
