Digital Operations Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the customer complaints due to organization’s compliance with laws and regulations. Include coordinating, reporting with management and audit to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that feedback (Research Results / Suggestions / Complaints / Requests / Thanks / Objections) from internal / external customers regarding the products and services offered are prioritized by employees and that the necessary actions are taken within the specified periods.
  • Reducing the operational costs with the technology and taking on analyse and test roles for the digitalization projects. Akbank AG quality, flow and security policies must be included that to act in a safe and secure road map.
  • Contributing and following up process improvement/development studies related to digital channels (Mobile/Internet Branch).
  • Acting as a first line of defence of Customer’s AML and KYC processes. In necessary situations, reporting and escalating potential risks to Compliance and Management Board, as well as improvement, digitalization, reporting is their main job.
  • Ensuring daily/weekly/monthly/yearly ALM limit and reconciliation checking's.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master’s degree is beneficial.
  • Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
  • Know-how of German regulations related to AML and Compliance.
  • Good English and German language capabilities, Turkish is beneficial
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
