DEINE AUFGABEN

Vor- und Zubereitung frischer Speisen für den täglichen Betrieb Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung unseres kulinarischen Konzepts Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der aktuellen HACCP-Standards Durchführung von Bestellungen und Inventuren Vertretung und Unterstützung der Küchenleitung

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise Leidenschaft für kulinarische Trends und gesunde Ernährung Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Teamarbeit
