We're looking for a dynamic and driven Associate to join esteemed team at one of Germany's premier private equity firms. If you have a passion for finance, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing processes.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment strategies and evaluate portfolio performance.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential investment targets and opportunities for value creation.
  • Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
