Medizinproduktbranche mit Sitz in Heppenheim und Bensheim. Mit mehr als 100 Mitarbeiter arbeiten wir täglich mit unseren namenhaften Mandanten an der Gesundheitsversorgung in Deutschland und Europa.


Als Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil unseres Logistik- und Distributionsteams in Bensheim. In Ihrer Funktion übernehmen Sie schwerpunktmäßig die Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Supply Chain Prozesse. Sie betreuen selbständig Onboarding- und logistische Planungsprozesse für neue Mandanten und sind für bereits bestehende operative, strategische und regulatorische Prozesse und deren Weiterentwicklung verantwortlich.


Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die folgenden Tätigkeiten:

 

  • Koordination aller mandantenspezifischen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Supply Chain Prozessen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Mandant, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, Vertrieb, Logistikleitung).
  • Betreuung von Supply Chain Prozessen über den gesamten Mandantenlebenszyklus: Angefangen von Onboarding, über die operative Implementierung bis zur Weiterentwicklung.
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Produkteigenschaften, Markt-/ Mandantenanforderungen, Kapazitäten, Kostenoptimierung und regulatorischen Vorgaben.
  • Erkennen von kapazitiven Engpässen, Abweichungen oder Terminüberschreitungen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen (CAPAs).
  • Materialstammanlage, -pflege und Pflege der dispositions-, einkaufs- und verkaufsrelevanten Daten relevant für die Supply Chain der Mandanten und MSK.
  • Unterstützung in der Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen im ERP System und Kundendashboard.
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung der Supply Chain Prozesse sowie Performance Kontrolle des Warenein-, Warenausgang, Customer Service, Retouren und Reklamationen.
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Supply Chain Controllings für die Logistik- und Geschäftsleitung.


Das bringen Sie mit:


  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Supply Chain oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse und Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen im pharmazeutischen Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise ersten Erfahrung und Erfolge im Bereich GDP und GMP.
  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain oder Projektmanagement.
  • Teamwork liegt Ihnen: Sie arbeiten gerne mit den Bereichen Logistik, Einkauf und Qualität zusammen, um Mandantenwünschen gerecht zu werden
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe insbesondere für IT-Anwendungen (BI, ERP- und Versandsysteme)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
