Location: Ideally based near Wesel and/or Düsseldorf, Germany. Remote work is possible, but being willing to travel is a must.

Job Description:

The Senior All-Around Marketing Specialist role entails leading our marketing strategies across diverse platforms and spearheading and guiding our team

It's tailor-made for a dynamic, creative individual with expertise in social media, graphic design, paid advertising, and a hunger for continuous growth.

We seek someone adaptable and versatile, ready to thrive in our ever-evolving landscape, amplify our brand, foster meaningful audience connections, and deliver incredible customer support.

The position oversees all marketing channels, including Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website, Organic Socials, Event Marketing, Offline Business Sales and Working on our Trade Stands at Shows. 


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Help manage and grow our social media pages by creating engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community interaction. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.


Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, print and other marketing materials. Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.


Paid Advertising:

Assist in planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns alongside our agency. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation.


Email Marketing:

Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and engaging and growing our audiences. 


UGC / Content Production / Management:

Assist in organising and producing content for various platforms, including photo and video shoots. Collaborate and manage influencers, photographers, and other content creators. Encourage and support user content generation and brand ambassadors, including photos, videos, and testimonials from our community.  


Website: 

Maintain, optimise and update content to improve search engine rankings, including SEO and customer experience. 


Customer Support:

To provide excellent customer support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various channels (email, social media, phone).


Targets 

Manage digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Monitor advertising budgets and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance. Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (AOV, CAC, LTV) for all digital marketing efforts. 


Collaboration/Support:  

Work closely with our team and possibly support other activities outside of marketing


Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience

Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Shopify is preferable.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics. 

Fluent in written and spoken German and English 

Knowledge and/or interest in equestrian sports

Motivated fast learner, problem-solver, and self-starter; capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
