Our client is a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry and is looking for a “ Regional Talent Acquisition Director”.


Job Description


You will lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition across our divisions for a specific region. You will play a critical role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the group's hiring needs and business objectives.
  2. As service provider, collaborate with Functions and Business management teams to develop a robust talent pipeline for key positions.
  3. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  4. Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to augment the talent acquisition efforts when needed.
  6. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to optimize hiring processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, actively sharing insights and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
  8. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a culture of belonging and equal opportunity.


Profile requested :

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources with 10+ years of experience in HR field and significant recruitment experience in international footprint. 5+ years leading a recruiting team.
  • Very good knowledge of Employment law, Usage of job boards, social media and virtual recruiting tools
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies, with a track record of implementing innovative and effective recruitment practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
