Was erwartet dich?
  • Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Vergütungssysteme und Zusatzleistungen für unsere Gesellschaften im In- & Ausland weiter, einschließlich Frankreich, Spanien, Niederlande, England, und weiteren
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Projektleitung zu verschiedenen Compensation & Benefits Projekten und arbeitest in Personalprojekten im engen Austausch mit unserem Finance-Team
  • Du steuerst und koordinierst die Vergütungsprozesse, wie z.B. Bonus- und Gehaltsrunden
  • Du führst Vergütungsanalysen durch und leitest entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen im Unternehmen zusammen und steuerst Dienstleister
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch in einem schnellwachsenden Umfeld
  • Du besitzt starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln und eine positive Employee Experience auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens zu fördern
  • Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Lösungsorientierung
  • Du gehst versiert mit digitalen HR-Tools um und hast fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
