As a Gold Partner in Business Applications—and the only company in Spain with 4 MVPs in this field—we’re proud to lead the way in innovation and excellence.We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Consultant who’s excited to work closely with clients, drive impactful implementation projects, and deepen their expertise in D365 Finance—joining Axazure on our mission to reinvent the world of consulting and help us make history. 🎯We have been recognized as Microsoft Partner of the Year ES 2021–2024 in Customer Experience, Microsoft Partner of the Year 2023 and 2025 in Finance & Operations, and Microsoft Inner Circle Partner for Business Applications.Your roleDesign and bring to life custom copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Azure AI Foundry portal.Create intelligent copilots that seamlessly connect with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and external systems through connectors, plugins, and advanced tooling.Leverage Azure OpenAI and other cutting-edge models from the Azure AI Foundry catalog to solve real-world client challenges—from knowledge copilots to process assistants and finance & operations helpers.Build “on your data” and RAG-style solutions that anchor copilots in enterprise data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and data lakes for reliable, context-rich performance.Use prompt flow and evaluation tools in Azure AI Foundry to rigorously test, measure, and continually enhance AI quality, safety, and reliability.Work hand-in-hand with business leaders (CFOs, COOs, department heads) to understand their operations and turn them into impactful AI use cases with clear ROI.Co-create governance, security, and rollout frameworks with IT and business teams—covering access control, data protection, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Lead workshops and training sessions that empower client users and internal teams to confidently adopt copilots and AI.Collaborate deeply with our Dynamics & Power Platform consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions that connect processes, data, and AI in a meaningful way.What we offer📈 Personal and professional growth, supporting your career, your training, and your personal brand.👩 💻 Participation in D365 implementation projects with the latest technologies, exciting projects with a diverse global client base — from German medium-sized businesses to international enterprises.🤝 Collaborative and transparent work environment within a small, ambitious team☕ Our office serves excellent barista-quality coffee in the heart of Düsseldorf🕒 Flexible hours and the possibility of remote work❤️ 🩹 Wellpass membership for your well-being⚙️ Access to top-notch IT equipment with the freedom to choose your tools🥳 Engaging team events and off-sites abroad (e.g., Dynamics Minds in Portorož, Oktoberfest in Munich, Christmas parties in Düsseldorf)💸 Company pension plan that goes beyond the statutory requirements.What you bring3–5+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, or advanced development on the Microsoft cloud.Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio—working confidently with topics, tools, knowledge sources, and connectors.Practical exposure to Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio, including navigating the model catalog, using Azure OpenAI, and building flows with prompt flow.Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and ideally Dynamics 365—especially Finance & Operations—or a strong ambition to master it quickly.Comfortable designing and discussing architectures that bring together APIs, connectors, plugins, and diverse data sources.Strong grasp of prompt design, grounding / RAG approaches, and evaluation techniques for generative AI.Familiarity with key security, compliance, and data protection concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem (Entra ID, role-based access, DLP/Purview, tenant policies).Able to communicate clearly with both IT and business stakeholders, translating AI concepts into practical, value-driven terms.Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.During your first 30 days, you’ll enjoy a personalized onboarding experience—friendly and full of questions (career plan, beer or wine...? 😜)—but also full of answers that will help us get to know each other and help you become familiar with our culture.
