To strengthen our sales team, we are now looking for a


Process Technical Sales (m/f/d)


As the job holder for a selected territory in Southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria, you will be responsible for developing our market share with existing/new customers by focusing on selected existing customers and approaching and developing new pharma customers. This position requires someone who is able to drive problem solving and project management with colleagues.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop a territory map for key markets to ensure adequate market penetration
  • Achieve the sales growth plan in the territory according to the company policy
  • Regular support and monitoring of the distribution network
  • Analyze sales figures to obtain a clear view of the sales forecast
  • Developing product penetration with our existing partners with an 80/20 mentality
  • Providing a clear understanding of sales trends and opportunities in the pipeline
  • Protecting margins by valuing our products and defending our prices
  • Applying the culture of sales excellence and our 80/20 business model
  • Utilize our CRM as a tool to support commercial activities and market intelligence.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities agreed with the Sales Manager based on the concept: Plan, Act and Review.
  • Prepare proposals for customers: Quotations, samples, technical documentation, supply agreements, quality agreements.
  • Analyze sales performance providing a clear overview of sales forecasts for assigned accounts.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in chemistry, biochemistry or biology
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the laboratory/process business and end market dynamics and trends
  • Relevant sales experience with chemical and biochemical reagents.
  • Experience in managing a distribution network as well as territory planning and management
  • Willingness to travel
  • Residency in Southern Germany an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong target orientation, with an 80/20 mindset
  • Ability to win and persuade others in line with the company's needs, goals and strategies
  • Understanding of the financial impact of pricing, discounts and rebates on sales and margins
  • Understanding and knowledge of analytical techniques in general and specifically those targeted at the following markets: Pharmaceutical, Food, Clinical Diagnostics and Environmental
