We are seeking a seasoned SAP S4HANA Functional Solution Architect or Lead to join our team. As the SAP S4HANA Functional Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our SAP landscape, providing expert guidance on solution design, business process optimization, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4HANA modules SD, MM, PP, QM, a track record of successful implementations, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solution.

We need a Solution Architect or Lead who can look at overall processes/ modules like SD/MM/PP etc


  • Solution Design Lead the design of SAP S4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Business Process Optimization Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, providing expert guidance on leveraging SAP S4HANA capabilities to optimize and streamline business operations.
  • Module Expertise Possess indepth knowledge of multiple SAP S4HANA modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or others, and provide guidance on module specific functionalities.
  • Experience of SAP S4 HANA implementation as solution architect on atleast 3 projects.
  • Must have executed multiple S4 HANA implementation and Rollout projects for Europe and UK and France regions.
  • Responsible for architecting, designing and helping to build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANA.
  • Work with teams located across multiple geography.
  • Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4HANA solution.
  • Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
  • Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4HANA adoption.
  • Review project deliverables like business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives.
  • 15+ years of overall SAP implementation and support experience.
  • At least 4+ years in S/4HANA including implementation.
  • Discrete/Industrial domain experience.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Conversant with Agile, Activate methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of integration with other systems .
  • Must know processes and configurations in the at-least one area and working knowledge in other areas e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and its integration with each other.
  • Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
