About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our SAP Data Migration team. As a key member of our Solution Line SAP&Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data migration projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements and develop a comprehensive data migration strategy
  • Select and implement the most suitable data migration tool for the project scope
  • Optimize existing processes and requirements for data migration on SAP
  • Build and lead project teams to deliver data migration projects on time and within budget
  • Plan and execute data migration workshops and training sessions
  • Develop and implement data validation and data cleansing strategies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in data migration projects on SAP
  • Strong understanding of data models and structures in SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and German
