As we write this new chapter, we areon the lookout for an exceptional individual to join us as aCo-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is not justabout managing our current success but is a call to action fordriving our growth - both sales-wise and operationally. We areseeking a visionary leader who can propel Innovatexstudio to newheights, expand our team, and solidify our position as an industryleader.

Tasks
  • Strategic Leadership: Driveoperational excellence and strategic direction, ensuring alignmentwith our core values and vision.
  • Team Expansion andManagement: Build and nurture a high-performingteam, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, andcollaboration.
  • Sales and GrowthStrategy: Develop and implement strategies to boostsales, expand client base, and enter new markets.
  • Operational Oversight:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, andcost-effective management of resources.
  • Client RelationshipManagement: Maintain and grow relationships with ourprestigious clients, ensuring their needs are met with ourcutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaboration andIntegration: Seamlessly integrate operations withour IT partner agency, leveraging synergies for maximumimpact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a COO or similarleadership role, preferably in the digital agency or ITsector.
  • Strong business acumen with a trackrecord of driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspireand manage diverse teams.
  • Deep understandingof the digital landscape, including trends andchallenges.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building clientrelationships.
  • Fluency in English. German is abenefit but not a must have.
