Senior Product Engineer

For our client in technology and electronics sector we are looking to hire a Senior Product Engineer (Mechanical) (m/w/ d), in Calw (hybrid working).
We are recruiting on behalf of a Global engineering company, that designs innovative electronics and technology that is used to overcome everyday challenges in suitability, efficiency and productivity for a better future. The products the company designs can be found in medical, electric vehicles, aircraft, smart utilities, global communications and much more
Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen von elektromechanischen Produkten (Relais und handbetätigte Schaltgeräte) während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Produkts
- Erstellen und Pflegen aller erforderlichen Produktdokumentationen wie z.B. 3D-Modelle, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten, Produkt- und Anwendungsspezifikationen, DFMEAs, Toleranzanalysen sowie Testplänen
- Unterstützung der Qualitätsabteilung bei der Erstellung von PPAP-Dokumentationen, bei Reklamationen sowie bei der Bearbeitung von 8D-Berichten
- Durchführung von Perfomance-/Risiko Bewertungen im Fall von Produktionsabweichungen und die dazugehörigen Abstellmaßnahmen, Anwendung von Problemlösungsmethoden
- Umsetzung und Begleitung von VA/VE-Projekten um Design, Prozess und Kosten zu optimieren
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Minimum 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- CAD-Kenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und die Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit, mit mehreren Prioritäten gleichzeitig umzugehen, Multitasking und Festlegung von Prioritäten auf der Grundlage von Arbeitsanforderungen und internen/externen Kundenerwartungen
- Selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
