Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen mit dem Kunden und dem Projektteam während der gesamten Projektphase sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu den einzelnen Abteilungen
  • Fungieren Sie als primärer Qualitätskundenansprechpartner und Qualitätsbeauftragter während der Projektphase bis zur Kundenfreigabe.
  • Unterstützt FMEA-Meetings in den einzelnen Entwicklungsabteilungen zur Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Kunden- und TE-Anforderungen, Qualitätsstandards.
  • Teilnahme und Unterstützung bei Projektanalysen, Machbarkeitsanalysen, Designprüfungen und typischen APQP-Elementen innerhalb der Lean Product Development.
  • Umsetzung der im Rahmen von TE ICT EMEA gewonnenen Erkenntnisse
  • Verantwortlich für die Definition organisatorischer Regeln (Formulare, Qualitätsmanagementverfahren, Richtlinien usw.) gemäß Lean PD und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen.
  • Unterstützung und Implementierung von Standards innerhalb der TE EMEA-Organisation
  • Durchführung von 1st-Party-Audits (interne Audits)
  • Funktion als leitender Auditor für 2nd Party Audits (Kundenaudits).
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik (FH/TH).
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, mit Erfahrung in Entwicklungsprozessen im Automobilumfeld.
  • Zertifizierter Qualitätsmanagementtechniker.
  • Wertvoll: Prozessauditor für Produkteinführung VDA 6.3 (1st, 2nd party).
  • Erfahrung als Qualitätsingenieur im Automobilumfeld IATF16949 wird bevorzugt.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit IATF16949-Tools, insbesondere APQP, PPAP, Ursachenanalyse und 8-D-Problemlösungstechniken.
  • Wünschenswertes Wissen in der Anwendung von APIS-IQRM Pro und Q-Stat (Prozessfähigkeit, MSA), um unabhängig mit SPC, Fähigkeitsanalyse, Gage R&R und statistischen Techniken arbeiten zu können.
  • Gewinnende und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, das Unternehmen beim Kunden vor Ort souverän zu vertreten.
  • Eigenständiger und projektorientierter Arbeitsstil mit der Fähigkeit zur effektiven Teamarbeit.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket und wertvollem SAP.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der EMEA-Region.
