ABOUT THETEAM

Business Transformation Services(BTS) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assistingcustomers to benefit from technology and digitalization in theirbusiness. We are committed to ideate business innovations, developsolutions and turn novel ideas into businessresults.

Our goal is to identify value creationpotential in the planning of strategic business and IT projects.Digitalization and Innovation is the core theme of CIOs and we arelooking for a Senior / Principal Management Consultant (f/m/d) todevelop and align customers IT Strategy based on their BusinessStrategy.

YOUR FUTUREPOSITION

In this position you supportand evaluate SAP IT architecture changes and impact to ITgovernance and processes. As Senior / Principal Consultant (f/m/d)you implement Enterprise Architecture Management, prepareinvestment decisions based on detailed business case examinationsand enable business innovations and optimization based on ITArchitecture changes and Cloudtransformation.

Further you define and coordinatelarge SAP IT transformation programs (e.g. SAP S/4, Cloudtransformations).

Further tasks include but arenot limited to the following:

  1. Prepareand execute customer workshops
  2. Analyze,evaluate, map and make proposals to align customer businessprocesses & IT architecture
  3. Supportbusiness transformation projects, mainly for global companies,involving multiple teams, including consultants from differentareas of expertise, regions andcultures
  4. Perform TCO and cost estimate analysisfor large-scale IT and business processprojects
  5. Knowledge sharing, mentoring andcoaching of less-experienced colleagues to drive peopledevelopment.

Success in this rolemeans to create Innovations which positively influence company’sgrowth, profitability, and strategicpositioning.

YOURPROFILE

  1. 5+ years ofexperience in SAP related Consulting orsimilar
  2. Knowledgeable of SAP Solution Portfolioand SAP Technology Stacks
  3. Excellentcommunication & presentationskills
  4. Inspiring and motivating on-site teamleadership
  5. Very good understanding of IT trendsand their impact on businessstrategies
  6. Excellent German (must) and Englishlanguage skills at C level
  7. Very solid projectmanagement experience
