Business Transformation Services(BTS) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assistingcustomers to benefit from technology and digitalization in theirbusiness. We are committed to ideate business innovations, developsolutions, and turn novel ideas into businessresults.

Our goal is to identify value creationpotential in the planning of strategic business and IT projects.Digitalization and Innovation is the core theme of CIOs, and we arelooking for a Senior / Principal Management Consultant (f/m/d) todevelop and align customers' IT Strategy based on their BusinessStrategy.

YOUR FUTUREPOSITION

In this position, you supportand evaluate SAP IT architecture changes and their impact on ITgovernance and processes. As Senior / Principal Consultant (f/m/d),you implement Enterprise Architecture Management, prepareinvestment decisions based on detailed business case examinations,and enable business innovations and optimization based on ITArchitecture changes and Cloudtransformation.

Your tasks include but are notlimited to the following:

  • Prepare andexecute customer workshops
  • Analyze, evaluate,map, and make proposals to align customer business processes &IT architecture
  • Support business transformationprojects, mainly for global companies, involving multiple teams,including consultants from different areas of expertise, regions,and cultures
  • Perform TCO and cost estimateanalysis for large-scale IT and business processprojects
  • Knowledge sharing, mentoring, andcoaching of less-experienced colleagues to drive peopledevelopment.

Success in this rolemeans creating innovations that positively influence companygrowth, profitability, and strategicpositioning.

YOURPROFILE

  • 5+ years ofexperience in SAP-related Consulting orsimilar
  • Knowledgeable of SAP Solution Portfolioand SAP Technology Stacks
  • Inspiring andmotivating on-site team leadership
  • Very goodunderstanding of IT trends and their impact on businessstrategies
  • Excellent German (must) and Englishlanguage skills at C level
  • Very solid projectmanagement experience
