Digitale Technologien sind im Begriff, den Markt für juristische Dienstleistungen grundlegend zu verändern und dieser Trend wird sich in den kommenden Jahren beschleunigen. Flightright, Chevalier und freem bilden gemeinsam die Allright Group Wir sind Vorreiter im Bereich Legal Tech sowie Automatisierung und bieten unsere Produkte für Fluggäste an, die Schwierigkeiten mit Fluggesellschaften haben. Zugleich unterstützen wir auch Verbraucher:innen mit Herausforderungen im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und Verkehrsrecht. Wir arbeiten konstant an der Verbesserung unserer juristischen Dienstleistungen durch Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und effizienter Optimierung unserer Prozesse.    


Wir sind Flightright Täglich setzen wir dein Recht auf Erstattung und Entschädigung bei Flugverspätungen und Flugannullierungen durch Unser Team zeichnet sich durch eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität aus und den Wunsch, sich stetig zu verbessern. Wir finden immer die beste Lösung für unsere Kunden und arbeiten auch mit Nachdruck daran, die schwierigsten Fälle durchzusetzen. Deine Aufgaben


  • Du sorgst dafür, dass wir weiterhin beeindruckende Erfolgsraten in unseren zehntausenden Klagen im Fluggast- und Reisebereich haben  
  • Du arbeitest in enger Absprache mit dem Management und unseren externen Anwaltskanzleien an rechtlichen Strategien - sei es vor nationalen Gerichten, beim EuGH, bei alternativen Streitbeilegungsmechanismen oder in Verhandlungen mit den Airlines  
  • Du bringst deine Expertise auch als Sparringspartner:in in anderen europäischen Ländern ein  
  • Du stellst sicher, dass wir ein leistungsfähiges, datenbasiertes Legal Controlling und Optimierungsprozesse haben  
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Operations-Team stellst du sicher, dass deine rechtlichen Bewertungen und Strategien in der täglichen Arbeit umgesetzt werden  
  • Du bewertest die Chancen und Risiken neuer Produktvariationen und betreust die rechtliche Umsetzung  
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eigene spannende Projekten und sorgst dafür, unsere Legal Tech Angebote erfolgreich am Markt zu etablieren 


Dein Profil


  • Du hast deine juristischen Staatsexamina überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossen und suchst nun zum Berufseinstieg oder nach ersten Erfahrungen in einer Anwaltskanzlei deine nächste Herausforderung 
  • Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in den Gebieten Europarecht sowie Zivilrecht mit und hast Interesse an Prozessführung 
  • Du bist tech-affin, denkst kreativ und strategisch 
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und arbeitest engagiert, organisiert, selbstständig, und mit Blick für das Wesentliche 
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und kannst dich in Englisch gut verständigen
