Your mission as a(Junior) People Operations & WorkplacePartner

We’re looking for aproactive and enthusiastic (Junior) People Operations& Workplace Partner to help shape an exceptionaloffice experience across our locations and grow your expertise inPeople Operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity tosupport our team’s day-to-day workplace needs while dedicating partof your time to learning and contributing to broader PeopleOperations tasks, such as handling employee queries and assistingwith payroll processes.

As a key member of theteam, you’ll focus on two primary touchpoints with ouremployees:

  • Our physicalhubs (with a particular focus on our main office inHamburg), where you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly and remainsa place of collaboration, connection, andcreativity.
  • Employee supportthroughout their journey, assisting with PeopleOperations initiatives to streamline processes and create aseamless experience.

This role offersthe perfect blend of workplace management and hands-on experiencein people-focused operations, making a real impact on our team’sdaily experience and growth.

Whatyou’ll be doing

  • Overseethe daily operations of our Hamburg office, ensuring a comfortable,well-maintained, and efficient workspace for all teammembers.
  • Provide logistical and operationalsupport for team members working in any of our global hubs (throughWeWork) by assigning and managing accessesglobally.
  • Support and co-drive PeopleOperations by addressing employee queries and contributing topayroll-related processes to ensure a smooth and reliable employeeexperience.
  • Support administratively otherteams (e.g. Finance, Legal) by handling company paperwork,including processing signatures, drafting letters, and managingessential documents to support ourteams.
  • Ensure all offices meet local health andsafety standards, implementing necessary updates and training asrequired.
  • Support the coordination of onsiteteam events, meetings, and visits by arranging space, catering, andmaterials asneeded.

You will thrivein this role if

  • Youhave a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/FacilitiesManagement, Human Resources Management or similar - or bring someexperience in workplace management, office coordination and/orPeople.
  • Ideally, you have had exposure toworking in/with a remote/hybridorganisation.
  • Ideally, you have previously donesome People internships/work.
  • You have strongattention to detail and the ability to juggle multipletasks.
  • You areproficient in German (C1/C2) andfluent in English, with excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal.
  • You’re highly organised,pragmatic, and empathetic, with a proactive mindset and a passionfor creating meaningful employeeexperiences.
  • You take ownership and are notafraid to roll up your sleeves, always eager to help out a teammember and proactively keep stakeholdersinformed.
  • You like handling paperwork:)
  • You are based inHamburg and are willing to be in the officeapproximately 80% of theweek.
