Our client is seeking a Manager Medical (m/f/d) to join their dynamic and international team. This role involves expanding and maintaining a network of medical professionals, collaborating with scientific societies, participating in various congresses and symposia, and developing medical strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical-scientific background and experience in medical affairs or clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Expand and maintain the external network of physicians, medical experts, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with scientific societies.
  • Participate in international, national, and regional congresses and symposia.
  • Develop and implement medical strategies in cooperation with sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
  • Create concepts for clinical studies.
  • Prepare medical documents for marketing and regulatory purposes.
  • Conduct medical-pharmaceutical evaluations of therapeutic approaches.
  • Approve the content of scientific materials.
  • Execute medical education activities.


Requirements:


  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences, with high medical-scientific competence.
  • M.D. or PhD preferred.
  • Professional experience in medical affairs and/or clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Confident and professional in interactions with external opinion leaders and experts.
  • Ability to quickly and independently adapt to new situations and issues.
  • Capability to work agilely in a matrix organization.
  • Strategic thinking and implementation of medical strategies.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Proficient in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel.
