My customer are Microsoft Data & AI solution partner that are also one a limited number of featured Fabric providers that work with Microsoft directly to leverage their solutions their capabilities.


They are looking for a Project Manager with overall responsibility for the successful planning, implementation and monitoring of the projects assigned to you.


Tasks:

  • You lead a team of project managers, product owners and other interdisciplinary roles and promote their professional development to achieve common goals.
  • You coordinate resource planning and allocation for projects in the Digital Experience service line to ensure their successful and timely completion.
  • You work closely with other managers and stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • As the central contact for customer questions from a project management perspective, you play a key role in decision-making.


You will have:

  • You have extensive experience as an account or project manager for complex technical projects and large customer accounts
  • You have strong leadership and management skills that you have successfully used to build and manage teams, ideally in an international and nearshore environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Scrum
  • You great communication skills and can convey complex technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly.
  • You are solution-oriented and can work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a high degree of proactivity, communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German & English
