Das sind deine Aufgaben:


  • Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von SAP Projekten/Programmen im Bereich HCM bzw. SuccessFactors
  • Verantwortung über den Projekterfolg hinsichtlich Kundenzufriedenheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Termin- und Budgetplanung, sowie Aufwandskalkulation der Projekte
  • Sichern der Qualität und Leistung deiner Projektteams, sowie Überwachung der Auslastung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Competence Team
  • Verantwortung für Pre-Sales- und Sales-Aktivitäten
  • Leitung von Kundenworkshops und -präsentationen
  • Mentoring unserer Young Professionals und fachliche Verantwortung für Consultants
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung von Hard- und Soft-Skills


Das solltest du mitbringen:


  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP Projekten/Programmen im HCM bzw. SuccessFactors Umfeld sowie erste Erfahrung mit S/4HANA
  • Übergreifendes Verständnis von Integrationsprozessen und einen guten Überblick über die SAP-Systemlandschaft
  • Selbstständiges, kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, Interesse an neuen Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit SAP Activate
  • Erfahrung in weiteren Projektmanagementmethoden (Bsp. PMI, IPMA oder Prince2) und Interesse an agilen Vorgehensmodellen (Bsp. SCRUM)
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Interesse an offener und konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
