Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimization of the SAP HCM module (including payroll, organizational management, time management, etc.) within our global SAP system.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to key users and module users on SAP-related issues, actively participating in ongoing developments.
  • Define, conceptualize, and implement requirements, including customization and formulation of development requirements.
  • Engage in exciting projects such as S/4 HANA transformation and SAP rollouts worldwide.
  • Manage service providers, ensuring efficient process control.
  • Handle support tasks, error analysis, problem-solving, and incident management effectively.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR/HCM module support, including customization.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP/4 is desirable.
  • Willingness to undertake and manage projects at our global locations.
  • Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
