Stellennummer: DE01893  Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Dich: Betreuung, Mitwirkung und Lenkung der reaktiven Qualitätssicherung bei auftretenden Qualitätsproblemen in der zugeordneten Sektion/Großbaugruppe Organisation und Moderation von Regelrunden zur Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Abstellmaßnahmen bei aufgetretenen Beanstandungen Vorstellung der Kennzahlen in Qualitätsrunden Bearbeitung und Auswertung der Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP und Datenpflege in SharePoint Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Ursachenanalyse mit Hilfe gängiger Qualitätstools (5-Why, Ishikawa o.ä) sowie Begleitung des Fachbereiches durch den 8D/9S-Prozess Organisation, Moderation und Durchführung von FAIs in Abstimmung mit dem FAIManager gemäß Prozess Unterstützung bei GEMBA-Walks und Audits als Experten Leitung von übertragenen Teilprojekten Betreuung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten  Das bringst Du mit: Techniker/Bachelor (FH/TU) Flugzeugbau/Maschinenbau/Wirtschaftsingenieur  (Produktionstechnik), mit einer Zusatzqualifikation zum Qualitätsmanager (DGQ, EOQ) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung  Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt oder Automobilzulieferindustrie  Mehrjährige Erfahrung in dem Bereich Qualitätswesen  Planerisches und analytischen Denken ist Voraussetzung  Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen  Selbständige, strukturierte und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise  Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit zur Moderation  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  Wir bieten Dir: Spannende Aufgaben in einem wachsenden, internationalen Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien Attraktive leistungsorientierte Vergütung gemäß IG Metall Mitarbeiterbeteiligung am Unternehmenserfolg Individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle und Homeoffice Corporate Benefits, arbeitgeberfinanzierte Unfallversicherung, Firmenfitness, Bikeleasing, uvm.
