Celonis Services is a strategicservices organization that focuses on the technical aspects of ourcustomers' journeys, which includes Consulting Services, Academyand Customer Support. We are thought leaders with deep product,technical and domain expertise and focus on delivering Celonisimplementations and driving product adoption for ourcustomers.

TheRole:
As a Lead Consultant, you lead ouragile project teams to accelerate our customers’ digitaltransformation and drive Celonis’ international expansion. Youidentify our customers’ strategic priorities and lead your projectteam towards developing data-driven process insights and actions toensure that customers receive maximumvalue.

The work you’lldo:

  1. Initiate:
    • ConductBusiness workshops to translate customers' strategic objectivesinto high-impact Celonis use cases
    • Coordinatewith Data Operations team from Celonis to connect our solution tothe customer IT environment (dataextractions)
  2. Implement:
    • Leadthe Celonis implementation project to ensure the optimal solutionto tackle the defined use cases (Data modelling, Datatransformations, Process analysis building, KPIsbuilding)
    • Use our Celonis technology toidentify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes,always in close collaboration with thecustomer
  3. Adopt:
    • Leadthe value creation workshops and define measures to improve processinefficiencies
    • Define the most relevant KPIsmeasuring the customer’s success
    • Quantify thebusiness and financial potential and present the findings to themanagement
    • Automate tasks to drive value andimprove the process conformancerate
  4. Monitorand enable:
    • Manage customerexpectations and project planning
    • Demonstrateand train customers users (set the foundation of the path to valueto make the long-term customer success journeyhappen)

Thequalifications youneed:

  • 7+ years workingexperience in IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting or ProcessImprovement Consulting, within Software Vendors, Consulting firmsor System integrators
  • Demonstrated ability totranslate business requirements into technical solutions (Datamodels)
  • You are knowledgeable of data relatedlanguages (SQL required, other programming languages such as Pythonare a plus)
  • A strong appetite for value drivenapproaches (KPIs definition, business case calculations, valuerealization approaches) and Data topics (Big Data, Data Mining, andProcess Mining)
  • General understanding ofcompanies business processes and related financial metrics and arewilling to learn in this area. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP andrelated business processes (Order to cash, procure to pay…) is astrong plus.
  • Willing to develop a strongexpertise on a solution through a continuous learningapproach
  • Strong consulting skills and enjoyinteracting with various customers (Business workshops up tosolution demonstrations)
  • Excellent analyticalskills, well-organized and you are known for being a quicklearner
  • Fluency in German andEnglish
  • Bachelors or Masters in: TechnologyManagement, Business Informatics, Computer Science,Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics,Mathematics or a comparable degreeprogram
