Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/ Salesforce Consultant.

Remote

15-month fixed term contract.

Immediate start


We are looking for Salesforce professionals ideally with experience as either a salesforce business analyst or Salesforce Consultant


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Leads requirements gathering sessions, drawing out requirements from stakeholders.
  • Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases and functional specifications, to capture business needs, validate with the customer.
  • Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status.
  • Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions when appropriate.
  • Ensure all technical documentation/records are kept up to date.
  • Collaborating closely with the global IT business applications teams.
  • Lead weekly BA review meetings.
  • Know who key stakeholders are and gradually build up a full knowledge of all business processes.
  • Supporting testing cycles.


The candidate we are looking for must have:


  • Ability to lead and work in an Agile development environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills working with complex systems.
  • Strong business acumen, resourceful and smart when solving problems
  • Time/task management and organization skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and work well in a virtual team environment.
  • Must have attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality.
  • Full Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and before a trailblazer with an understanding of new & upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem.
