Hauptaufgaben
  • Einführung und Programmierung von Testaufbauten mittels Labview
  • Verantwortlich für eine 100%ige Testabdeckung bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte gemäß den Test-Anforderungen
  • Auslegung, Beschaffung und Implementierung von Testeinrichtungen für manuelle und automatisierte Prüfmethoden
  • Qualifizierung und Validierung der Geräte, der zugehörigen Software und der Testmethoden für neue Produkteinführungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanager für die Industrialisierung, um den Zeitplan für die neuen Projekte einzuhalten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D bzgl. Testanforderungen, Produkttestparameter (CTQ/CTS) und „Design for Testability" (DFT)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Industrial Engineer und dem Process Development Engineer zur Lösung laufender Probleme in Bezug auf die Tests
  • Verantwortlich für die Testprogramme der Endabnahmen
  • Erstellung von Testplänen und Arbeitsanweisungen für Testanwendungen
  • Durchführen von Qualitätssicherung und Entwerfen von Leistungstests unter Verwendung der neuen Testverfahren
  • Behebung von Fehlern, Kosteneinsparungen und erhöhen des Automatisierungsgrades der Testverfahren
Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als (Senior) Testingenieur
  • Erfahrung in der Modulprüfung mit Labview usw
  • Gute Programmierkenntnisse (LabVIEW, C++, C)
  • Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung neuer Testmethoden und Ausrüstungen für die Einführung neuer Produkte / Geräte / Software
  • Erfahrung in der Validierung von Testgeräten und der dazugehörigen Software
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse von Testverfahren & Messtechnik.
  • Lösungsorientiert, “hands-on” und “straight forward” mit einem hohen Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit, Projekte zu managen
  • Fähigkeit zur Fehlersuche und zu unkonventionellem Denken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein „Muss“
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
  • Teamfähig in einem interkulturellem Team
