- Sämtliche Verfahren zu Gesundheit und Sicherheit einhalten, um eine gesunde, sichere und saubere Arbeitsumgebung sicherzustellen.
- Kassentransaktionen in Übereinstimmung mit den Arbeitsabläufen durchführen.
- Komplexe Kundenanfragen bearbeiten.
- Das Führungsteam beim Coachen und Betreuen neuerer Teammitglieder unterstützen.
- In Abwesenheit des Leiters die Verantwortung für die Filiale, wie unter anderem das Öffnen und Schließen, für kurze Zeiträume übernehmen.
- Sonstige angemessene Aufgaben, die vom Führungsteam der Filiale aufgetragen werden.
- Ähnliche Erfahrung in den Funktionen des Schlüsselinhabers (Öffnen und Schließen der Filiale), bevorzugt innerhalb einer Mode/Lifestyle-Marke
- Gute Kenntnisse der Kundenbetreuung aufweisen
- Verkaufsorientierte Einstellung – zielorientiert und fähig, das Team beim Erreichen der Geschäftsziele zu unterstützen und
- Ein gutes Verständnis der Teamführung und Verkaufsförderung aufweisen
- Professionell und gleichzeitig authentisch und unerschrocken auftreten
