The agency manages the careers of over 417 basketball players, 463
soccer players, 70 esports talents, and more than 100 talents from other
disciplines, with a global reach of over 200 million followers on
social media.

Aufgaben

The responsibilities focus on identifying, developing, and retaining content creators (talents) for the sports, esports and gaming industry.

  • Talent Identification: Identifying key talents within the sports, esports and gaming industry. Assessing skills, potential, and performance of content creators.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Developing strategies to attract top talents.
  • Talent Development: Creating and implementing development plans for talents.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating talent performance. Providing feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
  • Employee Retention: Implementing measures to retain talents. Identifying factors influencing talent engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with management to develop long-term strategic talent goals. Aligning talent management strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining communication and collaboration between talents and leaders. Fostering a positive work environment.
  • Success Measurement: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring success in talent management. Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Ensuring that talent management practices are fair and inclusive.
Qualifikation
  • > 3-4 years of relevant experience in talent representation
  • Strong networker with a strong network
  • Administrative skills, Organizational skills, Event planning, Project Management skills
