Aufgabe:

Als Head of Controlling (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung der gruppenweiten Controlling-Prozesse, insbesondere für das Reporting und die Planung.

Sie entwickeln kontinuierlich die Standard-Reportings und die KPI Systeme. Sie sind eine starke Persönlichkeit, die sich aktiv einbringt und sicht- und spürbar als Business Partner der Organisation sowie auch als einer der "Treiber" des Geschäfts handelt. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition agieren Sie in großer Nähe und operativer Abstimmung zur Geschäftsführung und berichten direkt an den CFO. Dienstsitz ist in NRW,  alternativ bei Frankfurt oder Berlin.

 

Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Finanzen
  • Belastbare Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling und/oder in einer Unternehmensberatung, insbesondere im Financial Reporting nach IFRS und HGB, Unternehmensplanung und Cash Management
  • Expertenkenntnisse in der Visualisierung und der Erstellung von Management Reports und KPI Dashboards
  • Große Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reporting- und BI- Software wie bspw. Lucanet, Navision, SAP, Infor BI sowie Verständnis für Datenbanken / Datenstrukturen von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Selbstmotivation und starker Antrieb, proaktiv zum Erreichen der Unternehmensziele beizutragen
