Die Anschütz GmbH ist ein führender Hersteller und Integrator von Navigations-, Brücken- und Missionssystemen für die kommerzielle Schifffahrt inklusive Offshore- und Forschungsschiffe sowie Megayachten, und für Küstenwache- und Marineschiffe sowie U-Boote. Neben 530 Beschäftigten am Firmensitz in Kiel, an dem die Anschütz GmbH seit mehr als 100 Jahren entwickelt und produziert, gehören internationalen Niederlassungen zum Unternehmen.

Für unsere strategische Geschäftseinheit Submarines suchen wir Dich als System Ingenieur (m/w/d).

Du passt zu uns, wenn:
  • Du ein technisches Studium im Umfeld der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Physik absolviert hast und Du auch einen Blick für die wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen mitbringst.
  • System- und Softwarearchitekturen Deine Leidenschaft und Abstraktionsvermögen Deine Stärke sind.
  • Du gern im Team arbeitest und Du Dich als zielorientiert, technisch leidenschaftlich, neugierig und kreativ einschätzt.
  • agile Entwicklungsprozesse Dir nicht fremd sind, idealerweise hast Du schon Erfahrung im Bereich Systemengineering und Anforderungsmanagement.
  • Du im Bereich Vernetzungstechnologien oder im Umgang mit Netzwerkspezifikationen schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt hast und Safety und Security für Dich keine Fremdworte sind.
Deine neuen Aufgaben:
  • In einem hochmotivierten und breitbandig aufgestellten Team von Spezialist*innen übernimmst Du die technische Leitung und Betreuung von Systemen aus unserem U-Bootsportfolio. Dies können komplexe Steuerungs- und Automationssysteme wie z.B. Rudersteuerungen, Steuerung der ausfahrbaren Masten und Batterieüberwachungen sein.
  • Du begleitest und verantwortest die Integration in das komplexe Gesamtsystem eines U-Bootes.
  • In relevanten Normen, gängigen Entwicklungsprozessen und -modellen findest Du Dich zurecht.
  • Du kannst Kundenanforderungen durchdringen, sie sicher in die Systemarchitektur integrieren und auch durch verschiedene Entwicklungsstufen führen.
  • Mit dem internen Entwicklungsteam, Stakeholdern und auch Kunden stimmst Du technische Fragen laufend ab.
