About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at beON consult. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing, advising, and supporting large companies in their digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize requirements for functional needs, security, usability, costs, and IT goals such as Cloud, DevOps, Event Streaming, and API Enablement.
  • Document architectural views and create software artifacts for the deployment process.
  • Ensure the architecture of solutions complies with technical and commercial guidelines.
  • Oversee IT project architectures, identify challenges early, and resolve them.
  • Consult at the management level and support in managing software digitalization projects.
  • Advise decision-makers on functional and technical requirements and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an IT Architect with a focus on technical governance, innovation, integration, and cloud strategies.
  • Solid experience in end-to-end architecture and designing applications on multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with agile development teams.
  • Ability to create process documentation, technical manuals, and guides.
  • Familiarity with the software development process and technical skills to identify risks, propose solutions, and provide guidance.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
  • Practical experience with on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations.
  • Extensive experience with system integration, IT standards, architectural principles, and defining Service Level Agreements.
  • Focus on reusing components in architectural designs.
  • Experience in software deployment, including CI/CD and related DevSecOps practices, as well as working with cloud-based platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Strong principles for software design and development, optimized for system stability, reusability, and performance.
  • Understanding of application testing, diagnosis, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with selecting and integrating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer software, hardware, and programming languages.
  • Project management experience, ability to lead and train employees on software and computer architecture projects in an agile team environment.
  • Organizational talent and time management to keep projects within time and budget constraints.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
