Im Betrieb Offshore stelle ich die Verfügbarkeit der 50Hertz-Kabelanlagen sowie die Durchführung von Instandhaltungsprojekten sicher und wirke aktiv beim Offshore-Netzausbau mit.

Das macht den Job für mich interessant: #KeepingTheLightsOn ist eine wichtige innere Einstellung der Kolleg*innen des Bereiches Offshore-Betrieb. Als Ingenieur*in für Kabeltechnik Offshore übernehme ich Verantwortung für die in Betrieb befindlichen Kabelanlagen im Offshore-Bereich und bringe mein Wissen in die Offshore-Netzausbauprojekte ein. In diesem Umfeld wirke ich aktiv an der Energiewende mit und habe zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben:

  • Sicherung der Instandhaltung der HS-Kabelanlagen inklusive Planung und verantwortlicher Durchführung von Instandhaltungsprojekten,
  • Mitwirkung an Offshore-Netzausbau- und Innovationsprojekten,
  • Verantwortung für die Verfügbarkeit der Kabel und Kabelanlagen, wobei ich gesetzliche und betriebliche Bestimmungen, insbesondere zum Arbeits- und Umweltschutz, jederzeit im Blick behalte,
  • Laufende Bewertung des Zustands der Kabel und Anlagen, Berechnung der elektrischen Parametern und Ableitung von Maßnahmenempfehlungen,
  • Ich begleite Maßnahmen von der kaufmännischen sowie vertragsrechtlichen Seite und achten auf deren wirtschaftliche Umsetzung. So wirke ich bereits bei der Planung der Budgets und Ressourcen mit, überwache Wertkontrakte mit Lieferanten sowie Dienstleistern und übernehme die Gewährleistungsüberwachung,
  • Bewertung der Montagemethodenbeschreibungen, Beurteilung möglicher Auswirkungen auf die Versorgungssicherheit und Überwachung der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen,
  • Mitwirkung bei der Beantwortung von externen Anfragen zu unseren technischen Anlagen,
  • Durchführung von technischen Schulungen und Mitarbeitendenunterweisungen sowie die Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien,
  • Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit nehme ich auch an unserem Bereitschaftssystem teil.

Mein Kompetenzprofil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik,
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hoch- oder Mittelspannungskabeltechnik und/oder in Kabelinstallationstechnologien On- und Offshore,
  • Vorzugsweise Projektmanagementerfahrung sowie Kenntnisse im Planungs-, Verwaltungs- und Vertragsrecht,
  • Umsetzungsstärke und verbindliche Kommunikation sowie zuverlässige Information von und gewissenhafte Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Beteiligten,
  • Trotz der Vielfältigkeit meiner Aufgaben behalte ich stets den Überblick und setze verantwortungsvoll Prioritäten.
  • Gesundheitliche Voraussetzungen für eine Offshore-Tauglichkeit,
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse,
  • Fahrerlaubnis PKW.
