Become a part of our international Operations team inHamburg, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you infulltime as Director Onshore Wind - Global Wind Renewable Energy (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Creating, coordinating and reporting all existing andnew client account sales and business development activities relating to GlobalWind Industry clients. This is a global role where you will fully manage and beresponsible for all activities relating to the development of target GlobalWind Industry clients, working with regional stakeholders and delivering salesand account success
  • Designing the global commercial strategy of the companyfor the wind market opportunities and take ownership of it.
    Onboarding new business in the field of the wind relatedprojects, both with existing clients as well as widening the global client'sportfolio of the company
  • Coordinating the market intelligence about this sector,sharing the sales leads and taking the initiative to approach them in closecoordination with involved branches and required corporate functions
  • Identifying the most proper transport solutions as wellas required services to meet Client needs
  • Assisting the involved branches on the tenderingactivity by taking lead on coordinating the proposals preparation to theoutmost level of quality and accuracy
  • Cooperating with the branches in project execution,taking the lead as project sponsor when required to ensure proper and smoothperformance
  • Effectively caring the account management, by enhancingthe relationships with onboarded Clients both at bidding and execution stages
  • Maintaining a wide network of related partners wellengaged to the company
  • Controlling the economic result of this verticalglobally looking for profit optimization
  • Identifying the needs of investment to succeed in thismarket and implement it when approved
  • Periodically reviewing with involved internalstakeholders, the course of action and required eventual correction

What you can contribute:

  • At least ten years' experience in project cargo freightforwarding including break bulk and heavy lift operations.
  • Proven sales leader and influencer who can design andimplement strategies based on solution focused selling with marketunderstanding
  • Having advanced knowledge on the freight forwarding andinternational logistics dynamics
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding in Global WindIndustry utilizing and fortifying own network in leveraging existing deugronetwork
  • Network of contacts spanning multiple levels of theGlobal Wind Industry, engaging decision makers from board level to sales toprocurement managers incl. track record of success within the industry
  • Having the ability to work soundly under pressure
  • Proven orientation and commitment to Excellence onservice to Customer
  • Full professional proficiency in English - both spokenand written
